01What should I send you?+
A rough demo is completely fine. Send the instrumental, vocal guide, lyrics, BPM and key if you have them. A couple of reference tracks can be helpful too, but please do not worry if the brief is not perfect. We can work it out together.
02What will I get back?+
I will usually send clearly labelled 24-bit, 48 kHz WAV files that are ready to drop into your project. Depending on the song, that can include dry stems, wet stems, doubles, harmonies and a reference mix. We will agree exactly what you need before I start.
03How quickly can you do it?+
Most projects are ready within about seven days. If you have a firm deadline, let me know when you enquire. I will always be honest about what is possible and give you a clear delivery date before you book.
04Can we make changes?+
Of course. We will agree the revision allowance before payment, and small changes are usually straightforward. If you decide on a completely new direction or need a full rerecord, I may need to quote for the extra time, but I will always talk it through with you first.
05Can I hear a sample first?+
Absolutely. If you are not sure whether my voice is right for the song, send it over and ask about a short sample. I would much rather make sure the fit feels right before we commit to the full recording.
06Can I join the recording live?+
Yes. You can book a live remote session, join me in the studio online and direct the takes as we record. It is a great option if you already have a very specific performance or bit of phrasing in mind.
07How do I pay?+
Once we have agreed the song, what you need and the delivery date, I will confirm the final price and send you a private Stripe checkout link in your chosen currency. You can pay by card and you will not need to open a Stripe account.
08Can I release the song commercially?+
Yes. Just tell me how you plan to use and release the song. We will agree the usage, credits, songwriting splits and any buyout before payment, so everything is clear and there are no awkward surprises later.
